The following return policy only applies to online purchases made through All store purchases may only be returned to Bequeve stores within the country of original purchase.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in perfect condition or are non-clearance items. A sale item is any item on our page that has been applied a discount.


  1. Sale items are final sale. Sale items cannot be returned for an exchange, credit, or refund. Any sale item returned will be sent back at the customer expense
  2. Returned items that are non-clearance are eligible for refund, exchange or a store credit valid for 1 year only.
  3. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the shipped date.
  4. The item(s) must be returned unworn with tags and sanitary liner (for swimwear) intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Products that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or received in unacceptable conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. reserves the right to refuse any return in the case that the goods/items have been used or soiled in any way.
  5. Shipping charges for returns to are the responsibility of the client. We recommend shipping your package via an insured or traceable method otherwise is not responsible for returned or lost packages.
  6. A maximum of two (2) exchanges per purchase will be allowed.
  7. credit is valid for one year from the issue date.

Free Gifts:

Free gifts must be included if the order is returned otherwise 5% restocking fee will be charged.

How to send your return or exchange:

  1. We will include a return authorization form in every purchase.Please fill out the form completely to avoid any delays in processing.   If you have requested an exchange, please make sure you provide credit card details so that we can cover new shipping expenses and you must complete the form included in your shipment with the item you’d like as an exchange
  2. Include a copy of your receipt in the package.
  3. Send the item(s) neatly packed with the enclosed return authorization form to:

  4. If you requested a refund your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, less shipping fees, upon processing of the returned item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement.
